This is my husband. His name is Josh and he is an actuary. Wikipedia says that an actuary is a business professional who deals with the financial impact of risk and uncertainty, but I still honestly have no idea what he actually does, so it's okay if you don't either. I met this man in 2008, the summer after my Freshman year of college. We hated each other and didn't get along at all, so it only made sense to start dating. We dated for a year, were engaged for about 6 months and are now most of the way through our third year of marriage. This man is such a blessing to me. He works super hard, is crazy supportive of me, and he loves me unconditionally. I couldn't have even dreamed up a better man for me even if I tried.
This is me. I'm a homemaker/blogger/handmade business owner. I play bass guitar and I sing in the worship band at my church, Jacob's Well. Someday, I am going to be a stay at home mama, but God is teaching me right now that it is only in His timing that things happen, thus, I am a "Mom in Training." I love Doctor Who, being in the kitchen, knitting/being creative, reading books, doing yoga, and meeting up with friends/new people. I strive to be Christlike and am slowly but surely learning how to become a Godly woman. It's hard work, but it is also quite worth it.
